BAC Residence Hall Option at New England Conservatory

Are you looking for a traditional residence hall experience? The BAC is partnering with the New England Conservatory to provide housing for students that is a short, fifteen-minute walk from the BAC campus at 255 St. Botolph Street! The location is a safe and lively area close to other local universities and Boston attractions like Fenway Park, the Prudential Center, and more!

Single and double rooms are available, with double rooms offering lounge spaces and shared bathrooms. 
Price per semester (includes meal plan) 

FALL 2023

Double Room: $9,260*

Single Room: $11,225*

SPRING 2023

Double Room: $9,650*

Single Room: $12,170*

Please note: A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to hold a space for you within our residence hall.
