Rand Lemley, B.Arch '17 is a designer interested in the intersection of sustainability and the public realm, specifically the impact of the built environment on inequality. Through professional work in high-performance affordable housing in Boston and academic work in energy-efficient detailing and decarceration design, Rand affirms design justice is environmental justice is social justice...and that they can be achieved by working collaboratively at all scales.

Currently, Rand works as an architect with DREAM Collaborative, a Boston-based architecture/development firm powered by the diversity of its people, expertise, and perspective. He also teaches two courses at the BAC, Detailing and Construction Documents and Design Convicted: The Architecture of Justice.
