Bonnie B. Hobbs
Bonnie Hobbs has been an instructor of the Residential Design studio, a Thesis Adviser and a Thesis Representative in the Masters and Bachelor of Interior Design Programs. She is currently the instructor for the BID Final Degree Project. Bonnie holds a Masters Degree in Design Studies with a concentration in Housing and Urbanization from Harvard's Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the College of Environmental Design at the University of California at Berkeley. She currently serves as an appointed member of the Board of Trustees of the Hingham Public Library and has served as a member of the Hingham Historic Districts Commisssion. She is committed to balancing the preservation of antique homes and accessory buildings with present day lifestyles and sustainable building practices. Bonnie is a member of the North River Arts Society an won an Award of Excellence in 2010 for her Plein-Air landscape painting. Bonnie is also a registered architect in the State of New York.
