  <Body type="xhtml" UID="190a0a1fe210499b8559ba14cd98aebf" label="Body" readonly="false" hidden="false" required="false" indexable="false" Height="" CIID="">&lt;p&gt;Many students lose insurance coverage for various reasons (with their company, when they reach the maximum dependent age under their parent&amp;rsquo;s plan, etc.) while still enrolled and studying full time at the BAC.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Please go to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://go.gallagherstudent.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Gallagher website&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to fill out a plan enrollment form.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The insurance company must approve the change and notify us of the prorated fee.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;You will then pay the prorated health insurance fee to Student Services.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;All steps must be completed within 31 days of your previous insurance terminating. If the request is submitted after 31 days of losing prior coverage, the effective date will be the date the insurance company received the request.&lt;/li&gt;
