The BAC Alumni Association is pleased to welcome Anne Hawley, Norma Jean Calderwood Director of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, who will deliver the 18th annual Cascieri Lecture. Anne will share plans and details from the new Renzo Piano-designed wing which will build upon Isabella Stewart Gardner's extraordinary legacy and vision.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
The Dean Arcangelo Cascieri Lectureship in the Humanities, was established by the Boston Architectural College Alumni Association in 1992, on the occasion of the Dean's 90th birthday to honor his outstanding and unparalleled contributions to the BAC. Each year, the BAC welcomes a speaker whose vision and philosophy are consistent with the spirit of humanism that the Dean exemplified.
