The Boston Architectural College presents This Old House: About the Process as part of the first ever Boston Design Week. Join Deborah Hood, Series Senior Producer, and Christine Tuttle, Interior Designer on the 2014 This Old House.

Millions of viewers turn to This Old House for expert advice on home improvement and remodeling. Go behind the scenes at this program through a short video followed by a lively and engaging Question & Answer period. Through its popular PBS series, This Old House follows remodeling projects of houses over a number of weeks. Along with the This Old House magazine and website, the series connects you with the latest information, tips and tools.

Christine Tuttle, former art gallery director, museum director and international auction house specialist, has been in the fine and decorative arts and home furnishings field for over 20 years. Designing commercial and residential spaces, she takes cues from historical precedent even in a contemporary environment, so each result is unique. She is the designer of the current season of "This Old House" A published writer on fine and decorative arts, she holds an undergrad degree from USC and did her graduate work at Harvard University and Sotheby's Institute of Art, London.

Deborah Hood, Senior Series Producer, works closely with This Old House homeowners, craftspeople, and design professionals to bring new projects, products, and technologies to the screen. Throughout each season, she develops challenging House projects and diverse side stories that are the hallmarks of the Emmy Award-winning home improvement series. Deborah joined the team at This Old House Productions, Inc. in 2002 as associate producer and has since helped to capture key construction milestones on camera, earning a promotion to producer on the Bermuda project in 2003 and series producer as the show celebrated its 30th year. Most recently, she received an "Outstanding Lifestyle Program" Daytime Emmy Award for the show's episodes chronicling the 2007-08 New Orleans Rebuilds project. Previously she was nominated for an "Outstanding Service Show" Daytime Emmy Award for the 2005-06 season.
