Kelly Taylor Interior Design (KTID) was founded in 2004. As a graduate of Parson's School of Design (Interior Design) and the College of Charleston (English), and as a student in the BAC's Master of Design Studies in Sustainable Design, Kelly brings both a creative and meticulous eye to her projects.
Kelly has practiced interior design since 1999, when she joined Bogdanow Partners Architects in New York and focused on hospitality projects, most notably the Tribeca Grand Hotel. In 2001, Kelly moved to Providence and joined Durkee, Brown, Viveiros and Werenfels Architects (DBVW), where she worked on a numbers of high end loft projects in historic Providence buildings.
Kelly holds her certification in interior design from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and is a professional member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), where she had volunteered for many years. She is an advocate of consumer-protection in the form of interior design legislation as well as of sustainable architecture and design.
