Celebrating 125 Years

The Boston Architectural College is pleased to welcome our Community to join us in celebrating the 125th anniversary of the College. Throughout the past 125 years, the BAC's commitment to preparing students for professional practice in diverse and rapidly changing design workplaces has made the College integral to the evolution of the design professions, and to the history and future of the City of Boston.

Celebratory Green Alley Opening
Join us for a Celebratory Opening of the Green Alley, the centerpiece of the College's Urban Sustainability Initiative, and the kickoff of our 125th Anniversary year. 


March 27, 2014
AD 20/21
Our 7th Annual AD20/21: Art & Design of the 20th and 21st Centuries Gala preview benefit dinner and reception will be the culminating event for the first annual Boston Design Week, March 20-30, 2014.


May 2014
BAC Student Organizations, Atelier, and the BAC Alumni Association hosted PARTI, an end of school year celebration, on May 17. This student-led event unites the student design community at the BAC.


December 2014
BAC 125th Anniversary Party
The yearlong celebrations will culminate with a signature birthday event for the BAC celebrating our students, faculty, alumni, practice firms and the Boston community.
