The Distance Master of Architecture Offers You:

An investment in your future
This unique program embeds professional practice in the curriculum, so your employment in architecture is integral to your learning experience. You can continue to earn money and advance your career while working toward a professional degree.

The best of tradition and innovation
Founded in 1889, the BAC has a long tradition of educating design professionals, and the quality of graduates consistently puts the College and its programs at the top of national rankings. The Distance Track Master of Architecture, which was the first NAAB-accredited distance program in the nation, demonstrates the BAC's commitment to preparing graduates for the realities of professional practice in diverse and rapidly evolving and increasingly global design workplaces.

An online learning experience brought to life
Through the BAC's distance learning model, a design education in Boston is accessible from anywhere. While the majority of coursework is completed online, each semester is launched with an 8-day residency that uses the City of Boston as a learning laboratory. Working closely with classmates and instructors, courses come alive, enhancing the depth and quality of academic exchange in the online learning experience.

A network of classmates and instructors who are colleagues in the field
You will study with an energized group of classmates who are committed to learning and growth, and learn from a team of highly qualified faculty who are leaders in their fields. Instructors are practitioners from a diverse background of design disciplines who are eager to share their knowledge and support you on your path of professional growth.
