    The current revival of classical architecture, interior decoration and urban design is predicated on the growing desire to again produce our built environment with beauty, dignity and order utilizing classical principles. During the 20th century, the knowledge and skill sets to produce architecture that withstands the tests of time has largely been lost. The increasing demands by the general public as well as design professionals to learn the lessons from the past to create beautiful and livable buildings and cities continue into the 21st century. Current architecture and design schools, with few exceptions, do not generally address the teaching of classical elements and canons designers need to produce high quality traditional architecture to suit the needs of today's lifestyles.
